Fed:Patton family expresses relief and gratitude after arrest=2

Federal agent PETER DRENNAN says the man arrested today was not one of the 16 named
during an inquest on the island in 2004.

The man was a temporary resident on Norfolk Island at the time of the murder .. and
is currently living in New Zealand.

Mr DRENNAN says the arrest followed a DNA breakthrough.

The man's due to face Nelson court in New Zealand tomorrow .. where police will seek
his extradition to Norfolk Island .. and hope to formally lay charges against him.
