Later, Mr Sherlock said concerns about Cape Wools' possible share ownership was short-sighted
as there were long-term benefits.

"At seven per cent it is a minority shareholding," he said.

"There will be liquidity in the market, and hopefully the company (AWS) will be listed
and that gives them access to world capital markets.

"Any concern about the shareholding of Cape Wools is short-sighted."
